Where flowers bloom, so does hope.
– Lady Bird Johnson
While the Covid19 pandemic has consumed our thoughts and conversations, Bhumi (Mother Nature) chose to sing a silent ballad. Though today feels uncertain and untethered, a visit to the greenhouse made us feel alive with hope and the promise of an aromatic tomorrow. When this is all over, the flowers will still bloom, the fruit will still ripen and everything that really matters will still be there while we appreciate it with renewed gratitude. Till then, we'll be spreading some #citruscheer.
Our Yuzu trees will be flowering till May. We are currently limiting our trips to the greenhouse, but we are open to orders. DM us on Instagram or drop us a line here,
In case you missed it, we are looking for simple citrus recipes, ways to preserve different citruses, citrus tips for those at home, a photograph or simply a citrus joke. Anything that will bring a smile to the citrus community. Tag us on @yuzu_lemons on Instagram and use the hashtag #CitrusCheer. Once this storm passes, when normalcy resumes, we want to be able to stand up and say that we made a difference – even if it was just a tiny bit. Keep well, stay safe, be healthy and we will all get through this together.
