Sudachi is a Japanese variety of citrus, considered to be a hybrid of of a papeda and a mandarin. The flavor of sudachi citrus distinct from that of the Yuzu. The yellow Sudachi fruit is most often used by to create the traditional ponzu sauce and sudachi soba (A noodle soup served with sliced sudachi).
